More room amenities include a Nespresso machine, 300 thread-count sheets, free WIFI, a 42 inch TV, and complimentary bathrobes. Our suite was quite spacious, with a queen bed and a sofa bed for DJ.

It has a good kid’s menu and that’s a plus in my books! We also enjoyed dining at Curve, their lounge. The buffet is West Coast inspired, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. There are so many choices, from pasta to roast carvings and even sushi. River Rock offers many dining options – but in my opinion, their buffet is definitely a must-try. If it was up to Dylan, he would’ve spent the whole two days there. In addition, if you're a member of I Prefer Hotel Rewards, you can rack up points here.The highlight for my 6-year-old son was the saltwater pool complete with a 70ft slide. Another big draw for travelers is the resort's convenient location just 3 miles east of Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and right on the SkyTrain's Canada Line. Still, guests assure you can expect a pleasant stay overall thanks to the hotel's covetable amenities like in-room Nespresso machines, flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi access (although some guests complain the internet connection is slow). The casino is open all night, and sleeping in shouldn't be a problem guests rave about River Rock's plush bedding (though some do caution that the thin walls do not effectively block out disruptive nighttime noise).

A 21,000-square-foot theater is also found on site, along with the Absolute Spa, which caters to serenity-seekers with a versatile selection of massages, facials and other body treatments. With multiple eateries and a lively lounge, guests rarely need to leave the premises. Complete with indoor waterfalls, the lobby at River Rock Casino Resort is the entry point to abundant amenities and buzzing nightlife.
